Deliveries are made between 2 PM and 10 PM. Same-day orders must be placed before 11 AM. Customers receive an SMS around 2 PM with the estimated delivery time. Available delivery dates and slots are shown live on the cart page. Slots may be fully booked. We cannot deliver at a specific hour.

Yes, only at our Jeddah (Al Safa) branch, from 2 PM to 5 PM, closed on Fridays. Pickup slot availability is displayed live on the cart page.
We attempt delivery twice. If unsuccessful, prepaid orders are refunded. Pickup orders not collected within 24 hours may be canceled. Because products are perishable, repeated missed deliveries or pickups may result in account restrictions.
Yes. You can send an order as a gift by entering the recipient’s name and location in the address selector at checkout. We cannot remove the packing list or include custom messages

If a product is inedible or damaged, open a claim within 24 hours of receiving it by sending a photo of the item in its original packaging via WhatsApp 0507716161, along with your order number and product name. We do not replace products—only refund them. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Online payments are refunded to the same card or by discount code; cash payments are refunded by discount code only.
Perishable items (fruit, vegetables, flowers, nuts) cannot be physically returned. For non-perishable goods, claims can be opened within 7 days.
Flowers are delivered as shown in the second product photo. We currently cannot add custom messages or wrapping.
